Dear colleagues in caring,
On behalf of the Board of Directors, I am pleased to inform you that the International Journal for Human Caring (IJHC) has been fully launched in the upgraded website designed by Springer Publishing who also provide maintenance and customer service to users. The journal’s new site is IAHC Journal .
Among its many new features designed with users in mind, IJHC now includes personalized profiles allowing for saved searches and e-alerting preferences, article and title-level tools such as RSS feeds, and related article and author searches. For subscribing libraries, IJHC is pleased to offer an increase in core access and reporting functionality including easy download of COUNTER statistics.
The IJHC has long been a trusted resource for nurses and other disciplines interested in the advancement of caring and caring science. It is the only international journal with a focus on caring science related to health, human relationships, and improvement of the human condition. We are enthusiastic about the changes and hope you will be pleased with the improved access that comes from our new online journal hosting platform.
We expect the first issue of 2016 to be available in late March and you will receive email notices of new publications when available.
In peace and caring,
Zane Robinson Wolf, PhD, RN, FAAN
