Join us for our upcoming Journal Club meeting focused on:

 “A Care Plan for Nursing."

In this timely and essential discussion about self-care and healing, we will explore the detrimental factors that negatively affect nurses’ well-being, satisfaction, and autonomy. The proposed care plan considers both the individual nurse and our profession. As we continue to recover from the COVID-19 pandemic and the painful consequences to nursing professionals, the implications for nurses, nurse faculty, and nurse leaders, are significant and ongoing. The care plan presented will be a valuable first step in addressing nurse’s well-being and setting a path for the future.
