The study, based on individual interviews with 12 nursing faculty members, explores the multifaceted nature of NFWB, including elements such as enjoyment, supportive work environments, and support from administration. Additionally, the study examines how factors like balance, time management, and the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic can affect NFWB.
