Workplace Incivility and Nursing Staff: An Analysis Through the Lens of Jean Watson’s Theory of Human Caring

Join us for a discussion of the triggers and consequences of workplace incivility and suggested actions to move toward a culture of respect guided by Watson’s Caritas Processes.  The authors share the results of their descriptive, qualitative study, along with recommendations for practice and future research.
