Join us for a discussion of the experience of having a premature infant in the NICU and being cared for by nurses who practice grounded in Watson’s Theory of Human Caring.  Participants described how nurses were able to create a healing environment that nurtured their wellbeing. The researchers provide exemplars that may facilitate incorporation of caritas processes in the NICU.
