Title: Nursing Faculty Well-Being: A Qualitative Study
Co-Presenters:
Cherrill Stockmann, PhD, RN, CNE
Kate M. Peterson, MSN, RN, CPN, CNE
Description:
Join us for an engaging discussion at our May journal club meeting, where we will explore a qualitative study on nursing faculty well-being (NFWB) and its implications for addressing the nursing faculty shortage. The study, based on individual interviews with 12 nursing faculty members, explores the multifaceted nature of NFWB, including elements such as enjoyment, supportive work environments, and support from administration. Additionally, the study examines how factors like balance, time management, and the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic can affect NFWB.
Online Zoom Meeting
Please Note: We are offering one journal club session in May. The journal club session will be held on May 14th at 11:00 AM Eastern Time USA.
