BOULDER, COLORADO WORLD CARING SCIENCE SUMMER INSTITUTE

The World Caring Sciences Institute and conference held in Boulder, Colorado  will coincide with the retirement of Dr. Jean Watson from the University of Colorado College of Nursing where she holds Distinguished Professorship and the Murchinson-Scoville Endowed Chair in Caring Science and is retiring after 38 years as faculty leader, administrator and scholar in Caring Science

The Summer Institute will offer a series of modules in variety of areas, ranging from Creating a Caring Science Curriculum; to Caring Inquiry; to Reflective Caring Practices, to Digital Story telling and Narrative as inquiry along with Caring-Healing Modalities, and embodied Caritas Experiences.

Watson Caring Science Institute and the University of Colorado College of Nursing are co-sponsors of this unique world interdisciplinary program in Caring Science and its manifestation in the world.
